Right Home, Right Seller: How Finding Both Can Be Challenging

Daniel and Emily were newly married and eager to get a home of their own. This wasn’t just about getting out of renting, it was about establishing a place to start their family.
One big challenge during their home search was finding a seller willing to cover their closing costs. This was something that was very important to them financially. What made things even more stressful? The first three homes they made offers on all needed major improvements and updates, adding extra costs just to move in.
One of my trusted loan officers of over 20 years introduced me to them. He trusted me to lead, guide, and protect them - and that’s exactly what I did.

After three failed offers, we found the perfect combination, right in my own neighborhood! I was able to negotiate a price below list, got the seller to pay the maximum amount of closing costs allowed by the lender, and even made a good case for the seller to make all the repairs for what showed up in the inspection - including an expensive sewer pipe replacement.
